ABOUT THE ARTIST
Nicolas Poillot lives and works between Paris and Marseille, as an art director and creative consultant. After working for 8 years in advertising agencies as an art director, he joined Vice magazine (France), then co-founded Etudes, a multidisciplinary fashion label where he oversaw the brand’s visual content as well as the publishing house. As much as he loves supervising photoshoots and taking a step back behind the camera, Nicolas Poillot is also a keen photographer. His aesthetic oscillates between documentary and fashion photography, staying in line with his art direction practice.
