When will I receive my order ?

All orders are processed within few days. You will receive an email when your order is ready to ship. All delivery times are described at checkout.

Do I need to pay taxes ?

If you live outside of the European Union you are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes at delivery according to your local authorities.

Can I cancel or change an order?

All sales are final, we don’t accept any cancellation, change or return. If you have any problem, please get in touch with us here.

Can I order an artwork in a different size or finishes?

It depends on the artist and the type of artwork, but we will make our best. Please send us a request here.

What am I paying for exactly?

We are completely transparent about our pricing system, we believe clients should know what they pay for. Funding positive impact projects is at the core of our company and we reduce our fees to the bare minimum.

ENVIRONMENT ♻️

We care for our planet. All our packagings use recycled materials and are recyclable. We invest in carbon offset programs to make our activities carbon neutral.

We work with printers in France certified by the IMPRIM’VERT® label, guaranteeing their engagement in sustainable development. We use fine art paper made with bamboo fibers or cotton, natural and environmentally friendly. This paper is acid- and lignin-free and meets the most precise requirements in terms of age resistance (ISO 9706 conform / museum quality).
